欧盟认可八大认证模式
（一）工厂自我控制和认证。
Mole A（内部生产控制）：
1． 用于简单的、大批量的、无危害产品，仅适用应用欧洲标准生产的厂家。
2． 工厂自我进行合格评审，自我声明。
3． 技术文件提交国家机构保存十年，在此基础上，可用评审和检查来确定产品是否符合指令，生产者甚至要提供产品的设计、生产和组装过程供检查。
4． 不需要声明其生产过程能始终保证产品符合要求。
Mole Ab：
1． 厂家未按欧洲标准生产。
2． 测试机构对产品的特殊零部件作随机测试。
（二）由测试机构进行评审。
Mole B（EC型式评审）：
工厂送样品和技术文件到它选择的测试机构供评审，测试机构出具证书。
注：仅有B不足于构成CE的使用。
Mole C（与型式[样品]一致）+B：
工厂作一致性声明（与通过认证的型式一致），声明保存十年。
Mole D（生产过程质量控制）+B：
本模式关注生产过程和最终产品控制，工厂按照测试机构批准的方法（质量体系，EN29003）进行生产，在此基础上声明其产品与认证型式一致（一致性声明）。
Mole E（产品质量控制）+B：
本模式仅关注最终产品控制（EN29003），其余同Mole D。
Mole F（产品测试）+B：
工厂保证其生产过程能确保产品满足要求后，作一致性声明。认可的测试机构通过全检或抽样检查来验证其产品的符合性。测试机构颁发证书。
Mole G（逐个测试）：
工厂声明符合指令要求，并向测试机构提交产品技术参数，测试机构逐个检查产品后颁发证书。
Mole H（综合质量控制）：
本模式关注设计、生产过程和最终产品控制（EN29001）。其余同Mole D+ Mole E。 其中，模式F+B，模式G适用于危险度特别高的产品。

没有CE标志的，不得上市销售，发现不符合安全要求的，要责令从市场收回，持续违反指令有关CE标志规定的，将被限制或禁止进入欧盟市场或被迫退出市场。
在欧盟CE的法规体系下，欧盟指定了欧盟公告机构（Notified Body）来执行法规指令的合格评估工作。欧盟根据不同类型的产品，制定了不同的法规指令，以满足不同产品的基本安全与健康要求，

WHAT IS CE MARKING?
The CE Marking is a conformity marking consisting of the letters "CE". The CE Marking applies to procts regulated by certain European health, safety and environmental protection legislation. The CE Marking is obligatory for procts it applies to: the manufacturer affixes the marking in order to be allowed to sell his proct in the European market.
CE is an abbreviation for 'Conformité Européenne', French for 'European Conformity'. The CE Marking indicates that the proct it is affixed to conforms to all relevant essential requirements and other applicable provisions that have been imposed upon it by means of European directives, and that the proct has been subject to the appropriate conformity assessment procere(s). The essential requirements refer, among other things, to safety, public health and consumer protection.

1.The CE Marking is not a quality-mark. First, it refers to the safety rather than to the quality of a proct. Second, CE Marking is mandatory for the proct it applies to, whereas most quality markings are voluntary.

WHY CE MARKING?
Since the Treaty of Rome was signed in 1946, the community of European states have continued to pursue the establishment of an internal market in Europe.
In this 'Single Market' a free movement of goods, persons, capital and services would have to be realized.
For a long time, the free movement of goods was frustrated by the fact that the national member states of the European Community were allowed to set national safety and health requirements for procts. In practice, the many different technical proct requirements and test proceres proved to cause trade barriers between the member states of the European Community, and thus were contrary to the goals of this organization.
Inspired by a series of rulings of the European Court of Justice, the European Commission and Council tried to break down the trade barriers by harmonizing the different national rules.
HOW DO YOU BENEFIT FROM THE CE MARKING?
The CE Marking is a kind of trade passport for the European marketplace: it allows the manufacturer to freely circulate their proct throughout the 18 countries of the European Economic Area (EEA).
There is only one set of requirements and proceres to comply with in designing and manufacturing a proct for the entire EEA. The various and conflicting national regulations are eliminated. As a result, the proct no longer needs to be adapted to the specific requirements of the different member states of the EEA.
In addition, it may be considered a benefit that by implementing the requirements, the proct will be safer for the user and this may also rece damage and liability claims.
WHAT IS REQUIRED REGARDING THE AFFIXING OF THE CE MARKING?
The CE Marking must be affixed to the proct, to its data plate or, where this is not possible or not warranted e to the nature of the proct,to its packaging,if any, and to theaccompanying documents by the manufacturer, the authorized representative in the European Community or, in exceptional cases, by those responsible for placing the proct on the market.
