4 乙方的责任和义务

第一条 委托事项

第三条 乙方的权利及义务
3.1 乙方具备合法的票务代理资格，向甲方提供的客票真实有效。
3.2 乙方应按照甲方之要求，为甲方提供正常票务查询服务，并及时将业务信息及相关变动反馈给甲方。并提供机票再确认及协助改签业务。
3.3 乙方承诺当甲方确认出票后，应在20分钟之内送票至甲方。
3.4 乙方需遵循航空公司的订票、退票规定。（后附航空公司国内退票规定）国际客票按航空公司的相关规定收取退票费。

第四条 售后服务
4.1 客票变更：对于已经填开、购买完毕的客票，如甲方需要变更日期或时间，需在航班起飞之前通知乙方，乙方应按照甲方的要求，为其进行更改；
4.2 退票：对于已经填开、购买完毕的客票，如甲方由于自身原因需要退票的，乙方应协助办理相关的手续；
4.3 乙方为甲方办理客票变更或退票不收取任何服务费；因航空部门的相关规定所产生的必要费用由甲方承担。

第五条 结算方式
5.1 结款方式：所有票款采取半月结算方式，乙方于每月1日和15日，为甲方提供对帐单，甲方确认后以及在乙方开具发票后应在第二次结账日前以支票或汇款方式结算。

第六条 附则
6.1 甲乙双方如遇争端，双方应友好协商解决，如协商不能解决，可向北京仲裁委员会申请仲裁。
6.2 本协议壹式贰份，甲乙双方各执壹份，具有同等效力。
