2食品的冷冻保存方法以及冷冻冷藏箱
本发明的目的在于,在将刚做出的米饭那样的温的食品集中地冷却,使之冻结时,经过过度冷却状态,据此,节省粗冷却的工夫,提高冷冻保存、解冻后的品质。本发明是对米饭等含有淀粉的食品进行冷冻保存的食品的冷冻方法,在该食品温度为高温时,以0.5℃/分以上的冷却速度进行急速冷却,在食品表面温度达到了40~1℃的温度带时,停止急速冷却,减弱冷却能力,然后,在食品温度到达冻结点温度附近时,为了迅速冷却,在食品周围空气温度没有达到-15℃以下的范围内,提高冷却能力,经过规定时间后再次进行急速冷却,此后,进行通常的冷冻保存。

【摘要】:本发明公布了一种高频脉冲交流环节逆变器的双极性调制控制装置。包括三角载波发生器I、比较器I、反相器I、减法器、并网电流闭环调节器、三角载波发生器II、比较器II、微分电路、延时电路III、RS触发器II、异或门电路、反相器II、与门电路I、延时电路I、与门电路II、延时电路II、RS触发器I以及死区生成电路。本发明通过闭环反馈电网电流适时调整占空比得到高质量的并网电流,克服了传统双极性调制的高频脉冲交流环节逆变器在并网电流过零时刻发生畸变的现象,得到了高质量的并网电流。具有两级功率变换、变换效率高、体积小、重量轻的优点,克服了光伏电池对地寄生电容产生的共模电流的影响,适用于光伏发电并网系统。
