3 甲方責任和義務

4 乙方的責任和義務

乙方應在規定的期限內，完成既定的全部檢修作業，達到質量，目標和標准 保證機組安全，穩定運行

B. 合同翻譯

備注答：
這里的disposing party譯為「揭露方」似乎不妥，疑似是受到了這個詞「處理、揭露」這一基本含義的迷惑，其實這個詞還有一個含義「銷售」，結合本合同的保密條款，一方應當是銷售方，而另一方應當是購買方，即買家，並且買家「獨立自主，自力更生」，不需要依靠賣方所提供的訊息。

C. 急求協議書翻譯

乙方接受甲方委託，根據甲方票務需求，為甲方提供航空票務代理服務。甲乙雙方平等友好協商，達成如下合同：

第一條 委託事項
1.1 甲方由於業務需要，委託乙方為其提供購買航空客票服務。
1.2 乙方服務內容包括：查詢、預定（限航空客票）、購買、填開、送票及相關售後服務事宜。

第二條 甲方權利義務
2.1 甲方可通過電話、傳真等方式向乙方進行票務查詢，乙方應及時回復。
2.2 甲方應向乙方提供購買客票所需的必要信息。
2.3 甲方購買國內及國際機票時，乙方將給予甲方最優惠價格。航空客票返點方式為： 國內機票按照扣除機場建設費和燃油費後的票價，每張機票返 1.5 %， 國際機票：涉及香港航線機票 3% ，其他航線機票4%。返點費用在結帳時由甲方直接抵扣。
2.4 甲方收到機票確認無誤後，由甲方授權員工簽字（授權員工名單簽字樣本附後），如果甲方欲終止其員工的授權，需及時以書面形式通知乙方。
2.5 機票一旦售出後，甲方需要退票，甲方需將乙方給予的返點費用退回乙方。返點參照本協議2.4款。

第三條 乙方的權利及義務
3.1 乙方具備合法的票務代理資格，向甲方提供的客票真實有效。
3.2 乙方應按照甲方之要求，為甲方提供正常票務查詢服務，並及時將業務信息及相關變動反饋給甲方。並提供機票再確認及協助改簽業務。
3.3 乙方承諾當甲方確認出票後，應在20分鍾之內送票至甲方。
3.4 乙方需遵循航空公司的訂票、退票規定。（後附航空公司國內退票規定）國際客票按航空公司的相關規定收取退票費。

第四條 售後服務
4.1 客票變更：對於已經填開、購買完畢的客票，如甲方需要變更日期或時間，需在航班起飛之前通知乙方，乙方應按照甲方的要求，為其進行更改；
4.2 退票：對於已經填開、購買完畢的客票，如甲方由於自身原因需要退票的，乙方應協助辦理相關的手續；
4.3 乙方為甲方辦理客票變更或退票不收取任何服務費；因航空部門的相關規定所產生的必要費用由甲方承擔。

第五條 結算方式
5.1 結款方式：所有票款採取半月結算方式，乙方於每月1日和15日，為甲方提供對帳單，甲方確認後以及在乙方開具發票後應在第二次結賬日前以支票或匯款方式結算。

第六條 附則
6.1 甲乙雙方如遇爭端，雙方應友好協商解決，如協商不能解決，可向北京仲裁委員會申請仲裁。
6.2 本協議壹式貳份，甲乙雙方各執壹份，具有同等效力。
