Through the friendly negotiations of both parties, the following agreements are reached:
一：甲方同意乙方的付款要求：甲方同意乙方下單後不付定金，但乙方必須在見到提單COPY件後付清100%的全額。
1. Party A agreed to the request of the Party B for payment: Party A agreed that Party B does not pay the deposit after placing an order, but Party B must be paid in 100% once the COPY of bill of lading reached.
二、 甲方要求乙方承諾: 乙方不得取消已確認的訂單。一旦乙方要求取消訂單，即甲方的所有損失由乙方負責，乙方至少賠理甲方總貨款的50%.
2. Party A requires Party B to promise: Party B shall not cancel the commitment once the orders confirmed. Once Party B canceled the order, Party B is responsible for all losses of Party A, Party B should compensate at least 50% of the total amount of payment for goods of Party A.
以上協議簽訂後即生效，希望甲乙雙方共同遵守，否則視為違約，違約金為人民幣貳拾萬元。協議一式二份，甲乙雙方各執一份。
After the signing, the contract is effective, which both parties are required to abide by, or as a breach of contract. The penalty of breach is RMB 200000. The agreement above is made into two copies, both sides armed with a of the agreement.

② 合同英語翻譯
1.「Year」 means (subject to any other Agreement by the parties) from January 1st to December 31th, inclusive ring the term of this agreement and, for the calendar year or part thereof in which this agreement shall terminate, the period from January 1 to the date of termination.
