各舞種所用音樂類型
Breaking：Electric Funk
Popping：G Funk，P Funk
Locking：P Funk

Raggae：Raggae，重打擊樂

House，Raggae，Hiphop，Jazz這幾種音樂在網上都有很詳細的介紹，我只簡單說一下Funk的特點：
Funk舞曲BPM約在120拍以下，Funk基本元素是標准八分音符，一種強烈的四個一組的十六分音符的創新，4/4拍的Funk舞曲中重拍通常落在每小節的第一和第三拍上，電貝司的和弦和節奏成為了其主幹線。

P Funk
指由George Clinton為首的Parliament-Funkadelic樂團所主導的音樂類型

G Funk
指90年代初期由西海岸Hiphop音樂代表性人物Dr. Dre以其1992年的首張專輯Da Chronic所開創的曲風，有向P Funk致敬的意思。其特點是大量取樣於P Funk，並結合了西海岸的Gangsta曲風，很適合Rap。

Electric Funk
Funk與電子樂充分糅雜出的音樂類型，節奏往往比傳統Funk樂快

只要你能聽清裡面的古點（咚。。咚。。咚），就算流行歌也行。。。。都能當作你練舞的內音樂

一般容來說DJ 音樂都可以，他們的節奏都很明顯。。。。。

我比較喜歡的hiphop曲風有Apologize- (Timbaland)，buttons（超級經典的一首歌），my love music，Nsync-Gone，reepin opon you，Whine up[Tudou.com]好多啊，我都記不起來了。。。。。

這些歌都去狗狗搜把。。。好多網路都搜不到。。。。

一般用街舞專用的音樂
不過有很多節奏感很強的也可以用來跳。
如果你基礎好了，很多歌都可以用街舞跳呀

popin有poppin專用的音樂
breaken也有專用的音樂
