2食品的冷凍保存方法以及冷凍冷藏箱
本發明的目的在於,在將剛做出的米飯那樣的溫的食品集中地冷卻,使之凍結時,經過過度冷卻狀態,據此,節省粗冷卻的工夫,提高冷凍保存、解凍後的品質。本發明是對米飯等含有澱粉的食品進行冷凍保存的食品的冷凍方法,在該食品溫度為高溫時,以0.5℃/分以上的冷卻速度進行急速冷卻,在食品表面溫度達到了40~1℃的溫度帶時,停止急速冷卻,減弱冷卻能力,然後,在食品溫度到達凍結點溫度附近時,為了迅速冷卻,在食品周圍空氣溫度沒有達到-15℃以下的范圍內,提高冷卻能力,經過規定時間後再次進行急速冷卻,此後,進行通常的冷凍保存。

【摘要】:本發明公布了一種高頻脈沖交流環節逆變器的雙極性調制控制裝置。包括三角載波發生器I、比較器I、反相器I、減法器、並網電流閉環調節器、三角載波發生器II、比較器II、微分電路、延時電路III、RS觸發器II、異或門電路、反相器II、與門電路I、延時電路I、與門電路II、延時電路II、RS觸發器I以及死區生成電路。本發明通過閉環反饋電網電流適時調整占空比得到高質量的並網電流,克服了傳統雙極性調制的高頻脈沖交流環節逆變器在並網電流過零時刻發生畸變的現象,得到了高質量的並網電流。具有兩級功率變換、變換效率高、體積小、重量輕的優點,克服了光伏電池對地寄生電容產生的共模電流的影響,適用於光伏發電並網系統。
