可考慮修改為：雨布支撐架採用的剛性為xx、強度為xx、密度為xx的材料製成。
即，給出具體參數的數值范圍。
當然，這種修改必須在原申請文件的范圍內有記載才會被專利局接受。

『肆』 想請問達人~如果外觀專利和已有的實用新型專利的外觀沖突~是否還可以申請呢謝謝謝謝！比較急~不勝感激！

首先呢，外觀保護的產品的形狀，實用新型保護的產品構造。如果在先的是外觀，專那麼你可以再針對該產品的屬結構申請個實用新型專利。如果在先的實用新型，並且在實用新型的說明書附圖中有產品的全部外觀附圖，那麼外觀就不能申請了，但是如果實用新型的說明書的附圖只是產品內部的構造的附圖，那麼外觀專利依然可以申請。

實用新型是指對產品的形狀、構造或者其結合所提出的適於實用的新的技術方案。

發明是指對產品、方法或者其改進提出的新的技術方案。

總的來說，方法的專利只能申請發明專利，產品專利可以申請實用新型也可以申請發明專利。發明專利會實質審查，取得專利權的時間會比實用新型晚，但是發明保護20年，實用新型只保護10年。

首先你這個技術方案只能申請發明專利

其次，如果你的技術方案里元素c所含的比例范圍完版全落在已有權專利配方技術方案中c的比例范圍之內，比如你的方案里c含量為5%-10%，已有技術方案c含量為2%-20%，則你的方案相比於現有技術具備新穎性，至於是否具有創造性，要審查員根據現有技術和你的說明書實施例來確定，是有可能獲得授權的；但如果你的方案中c元素含量和已有技術c元素含量有任何交點，則你的方案不具備新穎性，不可能獲得授權。

第三，目前我國發明專利的平均結案時間為26個月。當然，你可以申請加快審查，但要額外交錢。

外觀設計專利

1842年，美國將外觀設計納入專利法的保護范圍，稱其為外觀設計專利（Design Patent）。35U.S.C.171定義了外觀設計專利標准：任何人發明製造品的新穎、獨創和裝飾性的外觀設計，均可按照本編規定的條件和要求取得對於該項外觀設計的專利權。可見，美國外觀設計專利強調製造品外觀的裝飾性（美感）、新穎性（原創性）和非顯而易見性，但沒有規定實用性。外觀設計專利的保護期限為自申請日起14年。

Abstract
A microstrip trombone delay line is used to provide a low cost true time delay device. An array of printed trombone lines arranged in a network is used to implement a linear beamformer. The beamformer forms an array that scans signals in one or more dimensions. Each microstrip trombone delay line includes printed traces on a fixed substrate and a printed trombone line on a movable superstrate. The microstrip trombone delay line may have different dimensions to vary the characteristic impendence at either end for impedance matching purposes. Beamformers using microstrip trombone delay lines and scanning in multiple principal planes require few movable parts and only linear actuators.

Abstract
A panel antenna having a variable phase shifter mole with at least one main-PCB having an input trace coupled to a wiper junction. An arcuate trace on the main-PCB extending between a first output trace and a second output trace, the arcuate trace having an arc center proximate the wiper junction. A wiper-PCB having a linking trace thereon; the wiper-PCB rotatably coupled to the main-PCB proximate the wiper junction with the linking trace facing the first main-PCB. Because the linking trace faces the main-PCB, the wiper-PCB may be formed from inexpensive and structurally resilient substrate material. The linking trace coupling the wiper junction with the arcuate trace. Multiple arcuate traces may be linked to further output traces to add additional outputs, each having variable phase shift between them, depending upon the position of the wiper-PCB. Multiple main-PCBs may be stacked upon each other and the wiper-PCBs of each controlled by a common linkage.
