404标识访问不到资来源源
你可以先看一下你的项目名是否正确
然后检查一下路径
这些都没问题再看配置，你的Struts的这段配置是没有问题的
是不是存在反向代理的，如果代理到别的域名下，你也是访问不到的
如果是配置的问题后台会抛异常出来的，这个时候返回的编码就不是404了
